Workshop on Design for Six Sigma - Godrej Saralee India Ltd

We have successfully completed the Design For Six Sigma (DFSS : DMADV approach) workshop Phase III (March 11-12, 2010)for the 2nd project “ Redesigning Low smoke coil” at our esteemed customer Godrej Saralee India Ltd at their Pondicherry operations. Last year we successfully completed the first DFSS project at GSLL for their product “ Active Plus” which has already resulted in phenomenal tangible and non tangible cost savings and for the client.


The workshop was conducted in three phases spread over a period of 6 months including the coaching and guidance by our principal consultants Mr. R. Pandian and Santosh Bhosale, to meet the business and process objectives set by the customer. The project is now near to completion and is in “Validate” stage as per the DMADV approach of six sigma..
