SERVICE EXCELLENCE USING LEAN SIX SIGMA
On 28th October 2009 , QT&T facilitated a group meeting on the topic "Service Excellence using Lean SIX SIGMA" . Our CEO, Mr. Raghavan Vasudevan lead the meeting.
Current market situation for many companies is stagnant market, tough competition, and cost cuttings priority. Despite this difficult market environment, the Managements need to develop strategies to overcome these economical downturns. Operational Excellence is one key aspect for future growth and actual efficiencies which includes a competitive advantage. Strong customer loyalty, efficient processes, competitive products and services as well as transparent and flexible organization are results of operational excellence with positive impacts on company profitability and (growth) potentials.
Operational Excellence is a result of continuous improvement in combination to overcome operational challenges and it requires excellence in services, processes and projects.
We introduce LEAN SIX SIGMA as a tool to support the journey as well as its impacts for the company related to Quality, Customer Relationships and Operational Excellence.

Lean SIX SIGMA is a universal tool. Applicable for all industries and areas. Special focus in our presentation was on Lean Six Sigma improves processes and excellence in the Service Industry. Additionally there is a correlation of tools between SIX SIGMA and project management, We present how LEAN SIX SIGMA helps Project managers to achieve better projects results and overcome either difficulties in the project itself or issues with the objectives.
