LEAN SIX SIGMA FOR ICT AND SOFTWARE ENGINEERING

QT&T Consulting (Asia) Pte Ltd, Singapore in association with Systonomy Ltd UK  conducted a two day seminar “Executive Champions Workshop on Lean Six Sigma for ICT and Software Engineering” in Bangalore on the 5th and 6th of March 2008 in Hotel OBEROI .

Lean Six Sigma has long been established as a powerful methodology to achieve quality and sustainable improvements in the manufacturing world, but in the last few years, it started to emerge as one of the most pragmatic and effective approaches to achieve quality “quantum leap” in the ICT and Software industry.

Profile of our Workshop Instructor 

Dr. Radouane Oudrhiri is the Director of Systonomy Ltd., UK, specializing in Software Quality Engineering and Six Sigma for IT and Software. He has more than 18 years of teaching and consulting experience in software quality engineering, process improvement and Six Sigma/DFSS for software. Radouane has an M.S in Operations Research from ENSAE Paris, MBA and a Ph.D. in Information Systems and Decision from ESSEC Paris.

Dr.Radouane is a Software Six Sigma Master Black Belt (trained by GE). He is an expert in software architecture, design, quality engineering and sits on the board of multiple technology companies. He is a visiting lecturer in software engineering at Kingston University, Telecom-Paris, University of La Sorbonne Paris and evaluator for the European Commission on the Software Process Improvement Experiment and Mobile Technologies.
